Data Computer Corporation of America (DCCA) is a veteran owned small business CMMI Level 3 company that designs, develops, and deploys innovative IT solutions for a growing list of world-class customers. DCCA service offerings consist of computer network operations, data and software engineering, information assurance, systems modernization, testing, and web services. These solutions have been critical to supporting national security programs, federal law enforcement initiatives, and our nation's healthcare system. DCCA specializes in storing, presenting, sharing, and securing customer information. In addition, the company has expertise in developing and supporting data intensive systems, and has a deep domain understanding of our customers' business.

DCCA will pursue IT tasks including software development, data and systems engineering, and information assurance on SeaPort-e and will contribute to exceeding veteran owned small business subcontracting goals. DCCA will directly contribute to performance in Zone 2.

GayleForce Consulting

GayleForce Consulting has worked closely with the United States Marine Corps and Department of Navy for more than five years. GayleForce currently serves as the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Training Coordinator for Headquarters, Marine Corps (HQMC) and as a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Training Coordinator and Course Developer for Navy Board of Directors LSS Team. GayleForce has provided based cost (ABC) management consulting and process training for most of the USMC bases and stations and serves as a subject matter expert for activity OMB A-76 Most Efficient Organizations (MEO) consulting support.

GayleForce will pursue LSS/CPI, ABC, and A-76/Strategic Sourcing tasks on SeaPort-e, and will contribute to exceeding WOB subcontracting goals. GayleForce operates across the country and will directly contribute to performance in zones 2, 3, and 6.

Maritime Security Solutions, Inc.

Maritime Security Solutions, Inc. (MSS) has supported the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of State (DOS) on numerous Homeland Security, Force Protection, Foreign Military Sales, and Maritime Technical Training consulting engagements. MSS conducts course curriculum reviews for the DHS Grants and Training (G&T) Directorate assessing all stages of development and performs grant reviews and prepares findings to be used in support of DHS program justification and dispute resolution. For State, MSS provided a Senior Technical Advisor for the Maritime Police Project to conduct assessments and develop multi-year strategies for the development of the Indonesian Marine Police to counter piracy, terrorism, and other maritime challenges.

MSS will pursue FMS, equipment transfer, and technical training tasks on SeaPort-e, and will contribute to exceeding VOB subcontracting goals. MSS operates across the country and in many foreign countries and will directly contribute to performance in zones 2, 3, and 6.

Moo-Young, Inc., Consulting

Moo-Young Inc. (MYI) is an IT consultancy that provides a unique combination of technical services in Information Technology and Engineering Services. MYI provides IT services to DoD and Federal agencies on all facets of establishing and developing innovative solutions. MYI provides knowledge management, HR, and enterprise resource planning (ERP), software development, network design and architecture, and e-learning services to the Army, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Department of the Navy (DoN).

MSS will pursue IT, Program Management, and technical training tasks on SeaPort-e, and will contribute to exceeding WOB subcontracting goals. MYI operates across the country and will directly contribute to performance in zones 2 and 6.
