Catapult Consultants Expands Executive Team with New Hire

Catapult Consultants, a leader in financial management, acquisitions, program management and information assurance, for federal agencies, announced today that it has added a new member to its executive team - Vice President of the Financial Management Division, Robert Schraven.

"His extensive knowledge in financial management, program management, contracts management and pre-audit support services in the Federal sector will elevate our offerings to the next level. As Vice President of the Financial Management Division, Mr. Schraven will be responsible for the successful operation of all Financial Management engagements. Current clients include the DoN, USMC, HUD, SBA, FDA and DTIC. Additionally, he will be responsible for establishing the organizational structure of the Financial Management Division as expected growth occurs.
Prior to Catapult Consultants, Mr. Schraven was Director for PricewaterCoopers (PwC) and was responsible for the firm's first endeavor into Iraq. He directly supported the Business Transformation Agency (BTA), Task Force for Business Stability Operations (TFBSO) in Iraq and Iraqi Ministry Level personnel with establishing the process and procedures for stabilizing the Iraqi economy.
Mr. Schraven also worked for 11 years at BearingPoint (BE, formerly KPMG). During his tenure at BE, Mr. Schraven supported the DoD Sector, working with such clients as OSD, DFAS, DoN, the AF and numerous smaller agencies. He primarily focused on systems implementation, FM/PM, Budget and execution and audit support engagements.
