Josh Bogart,  Co-founder and Board Member
Mr. Josh Bogart is a founder of Catapult Consultants, LLC with a focus on Federal services including audit readiness, compliance, and cyber security services in healthcare and defense. While the Chief Operating Officer of Catapult, 2003-2012, Mr. Bogart co-led the company to achieve recognition on Inc. 500’s list of fastest growing companies in 2008, 2009, and 2010. Mr. Bogart holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from George Mason University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Bogart now serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a board member for Catapult with more than 17 years of experience in Federal contracting. He also works as an investor and collaborates with startup companies in various industries.

Anthony Fung, Co-founder and Board Member
Mr. Anthony Fung is a founder of Catapult Consultants and transitioned to the Board in 2012. Mr. Fung has over 17 years of experience in information technology management, strategic planning, and operations management. Most recently, he was Deputy Secretary of Technology for the Commonwealth of Virginia. In this capacity, he served as a senior advisor to the Commonwealth on technology matters including, data analytics, cyber security, innovation and entrepreneurship, and technology operations. Mr. Fung has also served as a SCORE counselor, providing advice to small business on start-up best practices, business operations, and strategy. Mr. Fung has been recognized as one of Washington’s top business leaders, recipient of Washington Business Journal’s Award, SmartCEO Top 100 CEOs, and named Top 40 Under 40 Business Leader. Mr. Fung is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.

Patty Hardt, CFO and Board Member
Ms. Patty Hardt has been a member of the Catapult Consultants board since early 2015 as well as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since July 2014. Ms. Hardt has over 25 years of professional financial experience with proven business acumen for improving the bottom-line for small to medium size government contractors that specialize in supporting the Intelligence Community. Prior to joining Catapult, Ms. Hardt was the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer for Kinsey Technical Services, Inc. (“KTSi”), which was sold to Scitor, Inc. in December of 2013. While at KTSi, Ms. Hardt was key to positioning the company for the rapid growth it experienced prior to its sale. Ms. Hardt was Vice President of Finance from 2008 to 2010 at ProLogic, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ultra Electronics, a United Kingdom publicly traded company. During Ms. Hardt’s tenure at ProLogic, she supported the President not only in financial matters, but also in the operations of the company, including managing administrative support services and interfacing with the Proxy Board—a requirement due to the company being owned by a foreign parent company. She was an integral contributor to the five-year strategic plan in the development of executable goals to achieve the necessary growth targets while obtaining management team buy-in. Ms. Hardt also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for McClendon Corporation.  Besides her most notable accomplishment of selling McClendon to L-1 Identity Solutions, Ms. Hardt was instrumental in molding the organization to increase profitability by nearly 100% during her time there. Other positions Ms. Hardt has held:  CFO for L-3 Analytics, Corporate Controller positions for ICF Consulting Group and Techmatics, Inc. (sold to Anteon in 1998). Ms. Hardt has a BS in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and passed the CPA exam in 1988. 

Art Money, Board Member
Mr. Art Money, recipient of the 2012 William Oliver Award for exceptional achievements and sustained contributions in the intelligence and national security activities of the United States, served as Assistant Secretary of Defense (ASD) for Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence from 1999 to 2001. He was Department of Defense Chief Information Officer from 1998 to 2001 and Senior Civilian Official, Office of the ASD, from 1998 to 1999. In the Air Force, Mr. Money served as Assistant Secretary for Research Development and Acquisition, and Chief Information Officer. Prior to that Mr. Money was Vice President and Deputy General Manager of TRW's Avionics and Surveillance Group and held various positions with ESL Inc. (a subsidiary of TRW) from 1972 to 1994. 

Peter Marino, Board Member
Mr. Peter Marino serves on the Catapult Consultants board. He is also co-chairman of the board of directors at Engility where he served as a director. He was also a director of TASC from 2010 to February 2015, and has served as chairman of the TASC board since 2011. Since 1999, Marino has been working as a private consultant for government and industry on defense and intelligence issues in addition to serving on several boards, including the boards of Quality Technology Services, and IDSS; and the proxy boards for Inmarsat Government and DRS Technologies Inc., and (as chair) the proxy boards for BEI Precision and QinetiQ North America. Marino has held senior executive positions with Fire Arms Training Systems, E-Systems Inc. and Lockheed Martin Corporation.
